The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of restaurant facilities, acting as the backbone of maintenance and repair activities. This professional is tasked with a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to more specialized tasks such as tile work, door and cabinet repairs, ceiling repairs, and painting. In addition to these, they are also responsible for maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment, a critical component in the restaurant industry. The ideal technician is not just a hands-on problem solver but also a strategic thinker, equipped with a keen attention to detail. They must balance the cost of repairs and maintenance with the necessity of these actions, always prioritizing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. Their expertise ensures that the restaurant operates smoothly, without interruptions due to equipment malfunctions or failures, thereby maintaining a seamless dining experience for guests and a reliable working environment for the staff.

The General Repair Technician will perform a wide variety of repair and construction maintenance tasks, such as furniture repairs, installing new doors, patch cracks, painting, repairing trim, as well as project work related to restaurant remodels.  The role requires someone with good people skills and a well-rounded "fix-it" knowledge base.   The work schedule for this position is 6am to 2pm, with some flexibility for remodels.   We offer a great benefit package including healthcare; medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, 401 with match, PTO, and more!  

The role of the Staff Accountant is to manage the accounting and financial reporting process for their assigned territory. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for month-end closings, financial reporting, preparation of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and analysis.   This is NOT a Remote Position and you must be able to commute to our Allendale office. The role of the Facilities Maintenance Technician is to ensure that our concept facilities are maintained and repaired quickly and efficiently, limiting operational down time due to equipment malfunction or failure at the store level.  Equipment to be maintained includes, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. The Facilities Maintenance Technician should be a thorough minded individual with an attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
