Responsibilities

  • Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and preparing the team for success

  • Train, coach, and support team members during your shift

  • Create a positive team environment and recognize accomplishments

  • Follow all operational policies, including cash handling and safety procedures

  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and strong brand representation

  • Assist in all restaurant areas as needed

  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup/breakdown of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas

  • Manage time effectively while completing shift responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests and staff
