Responsibilities

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll:

  • Oversee daily back‑of‑house operations—managing food quality, kitchen cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
  • Drive profitability by managing labor and food costs while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a high‑performance, guest‑centric team.
  • Ensure compliance with health standards, opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 1–3 years of restaurant or foodservice management experience—especially in full‑service or high‑volume kitchens.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and guest‑service skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to upholding brand standards, quality, and team culture.
  • Able to train in New Jersey, will provide lodging and commuting expenses.
