Responsibilities

  • Assist Management with leading teams through shift or dayparts
  • Supervise the activities of crew members.
  • Ensure all stations are staffed, stocked, organized and ready to meet goals
  • Maintain a clean, friendly and welcoming restaurant for our guests
  • Oversee break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non-peak operational hours
  • Assist with training new team members in their area of responsibility
  • Ensure service in all areas meet the standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Educate crew members on proper food handling procedures and guest service
  • Handle guest complaints, taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve any issues

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Sound knowledge of the food service industry
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum Age is 18 years.
